During the market research, STYLE supported us correctly in the choice of machine type and associated options. Once a correct picture was created of what might be the solution to our need, we were duly informed in further detail with brochures, clear offer and a reference visit.
When making the decision, it was very clear what was and was not included and correct agreements were made. After that, we only found out that STYLE does what it says it does:
respect the delivery time, organization of installation and training and the follow-up afterwards. After an initially rather short training, in our opinion, our operator was operational quite quickly thanks to the very user-friendly control (after all, the visual programming does not require any program coding). As with every start-up of an installation, issues sometimes arise, but thanks to the telephone support of Customer Service and additional training, our people were sufficiently supported to get to work in a very short time.
In short: Style has been a reliable and flexible partner in our investment file.
