Assembly Department is one of the most important departments in our company. We are proud of the fact that our assembly technicians have accumulated extensive experience and skills during their work at this department. The quality control of all parts is also included in this department.

n our assembly department we have got highly qualified and trained personnel to assemble our machines. It is thanks to them that all our machines leave the workshop in perfect condition.
The assembly department of CNC lathes and CNC milling machines plays a crucial role in the production process. We have a stable cast iron frame on our cnc lathes and cnc milling machines that comes in.

The assembly process of a STYLE lathe

The frame will be placed on the right working spot where one of our assembly employees will assemble the machine with our grey sheet metal. He will also install the electrical plate, which he or a co-worker made in our electrical corner. There after, he will place a computer in the STYLE console for the unique STYLE control. Now the machine is almost ready for the customer… but not after testing the machine thoroughly. Every new CNC machine we deliver is fully assembled, calibrated and tested by a team of highly skilled technicians.
