Cooperation with FANUC
STYLE CNC Machines is known as a Dutch machine builder with its own CNC control system, aimed at the efficient production of single pieces and small series. The STYLE control has been developed by STYLE’s own R&D department, where the strength lies in the easy-to-learn and use software.
For the entire product line of all machines The STYLE control is the same. In recent years, in collaboration with the R&D department of FANUC, there has been a development to combine the power of FANUC with the control of STYLE. FANUC is the largest supplier on the market of CNC controls, drive systems and motors and also supplies industrial robots and a number of its own machines such as the Robocut (EDM machine) and Roboshot (servo-controlled injection molding machine) for the automation of the manufacturing industry. Through this collaboration, we enhance the quality and safety of our control, and we can rely on FANUC’s reliability.
The best of both worlds
The stability that the FANUC motors and drives system offers in combination with the unique STYLE control, which makes visual drawing and programming of products easy, is unique in the CNC world. In addition, we can use the technologies they have developed and implement them in our software. This results in STYLE control geared even better to the wishes and requirements of the customer. FANUC has also already developed several operator support functions, which we as STYLE can offer to our customers. The STYLE machines are ready for Industry 4.0 and communication with external systems (such as robots). In addition, our customer has a wider choice of motor types, which means we opt for reliable and proven technology. The worldwide availability of FANUC parts and service is an added advantage. The STYLE machines are delivered throughout Europe, which raises the service level of STYLE to a higher level.
